CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATON

At Zito•Russell Architects, P.C. we provide our clients with continued service after the design and construction document phases of the project are complete. Whether your project is bid or negotiated, we can prepare AIA or custom contracts, select appropriate contractors, evaluate pricing, consider alternative materials and/or designs, and assist in permitting. We provide observation during construction activities to become familiar with the progress and quality of construction. We evaluate applications for payments, change requests, equitably resolve issues and remain available for consultation during this important phase of the project. Our clients recieve real value from our ability to work as a team with the owner and contractor to achieve the best product within the contract limits and cost.
